Villa Seminyak Suite is composed of 17 tastefully designed private villas in a contemporary style that explores the attributes of Balinese living. Located down a secluded laneway in the cosmopolitan district of Seminyak, the suites cater exclusively to the leisure needs of the international traveler. Each villa is set within its own personal garden compound, featuring a swimming pool and all necessary home comforts.

One Bedroom Villa – This villa category provides a peaceful vacation retreat for couples and features modern home comforts and conveniences. An integrated living and dining space together with adjoining kitchen facility is minimalist in concept and focuses on aesthetic touches of local artistry.

The spaciously appointed master bedroom is equipped with satellite television, DVD player, IDD telephone, in-room safety deposit box and personal mini bar.

Two Bedroom Villa – The perfect accommodation choice for a family or friends traveling together, the two-bedroom villa offers every guest their own space to relax and enjoy the elements of a tropical holiday experience. Each bedroom features its own en-suite bathroom with sunken tub and separate shower facility.

An integrated lounge/dining environment overlooking the pool enables plenty of social interaction, while a fully equipped kitchenette allows guests to fulfill their own dietary needs.

Three Bedroom Villa – As our premier accommodation category, the spacious three-bedroom villa is a luxurious environment for small groups of travelers. Designed to highlight contemporary Balinese living, this villa provides a comfortable and memorable holiday experience.

There is ample space for everyone to enjoy their own privacy with personal lounge and satellite television facilities in each bedroom. The poolside setting is perfect for communal dining or intimate function such as a wedding.

* Special Events – With prior notice our F&B team is available to cater to any special in-villa dining request or social gathering. Our Seafood BBQ or Italian Dining are favorite choices, however, we can easily accommodate any choice of cuisine.
* Romantic Candlelight Dining – A romantic candle-lit dinner under the stars served in the tropical garden of your private villa is the ultimate Balinese dining experience. We will provide traditional decorations and a menu to suit your preferences.
* Outside Functions – We provide an excellent catering service that is tailored to accommodate individual styles and taste for outside functions such as weddings and other social or business occasions.

Food & Beverage

A restaurant facility is located above the main lobby and follows a minimalist décor, style and design. It is open for all-day dining serving authentic cuisine from a menu that transcends the continents of Europe and Asia. Meals can also be served at leisure in your private villa for a convenient dining experience.

All Day Dinning Menu – breakfast/lunch/dinner menu has been developed to suit the needs of our guests. an option of live cooking in the villas by our chef can be made available upon request.
