For couples only. 1BR Seminyak villas are typically the most intimate, often with the smallest pool and the lowest price entry point ($95-150/night). Some have a sofa bed in the living area for a young child but the layout is built around two adults.

Best for: honeymoon, anniversary, couple's getaway.

2 Bedroom Villa

The most popular size in Seminyak. Two couples, family with 1-2 kids, or a parent + adult child. Larger pool, more living space, often a bigger kitchen. $140-220/night.

Best for: 2 couples splitting cost, small family, friends weekend.

3 Bedroom Villa

A noticeable jump in luxury. Often features a larger pool, more outdoor seating, sometimes 2 living rooms. Family of 5-6, or 3 couples. $220-350/night.

A Common Mistake
